Returns & Refunds
We are unable to accept returns of bottled wine, juice, and food items. We offer returns or exchanges for accessory items within 30 days, with the exception of items on clearance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: Return. Include your name, address, phone number, item information and date of purchase. We will contact you regarding returning the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected, and determined eligible, we will refund your purchase. If we are refunding the purchase to a credit card or debit card, the process may take 7-10 days. If you haven't received a refund after ten days, please email email@example.com or call the winery at (706) 655-2233.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and reported via phone or email within 5 days of purchase. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide instructions.
